Very well organised gym, very friendly and helpful staff, great members and a great place to train.
The guys and girls can not do enough to help and encourage you. The BEST gym experience I have had, any many more to come

Smashed a session tonight and the gym is spot on! Equipment is top quality and staff always helpful when helping with my back recovery.
My second day there it's awesome done a circuit class yesterday great atmosphere and equipment will be back
My first visit today and I was very impressed by look and layout of the gym and all the equipment. All staff I met were really friendly and welcoming and I was worked hard in a 50/50 class! I had intended to 'pay as you go' but have now signed up for membership as excellent prices.
Made to feel extremely welcome, the gym is looking amazing, and the classes are phenomenal, stayed to do an extra one as I enjoyed it so much, David was a brilliant, fun instructor. Highly recommend to anyone �

Great gym, great staff, great equipment, something there for everyone of all levels of fitness. Different levels of memberships and pay as you go, give them a visit and see for yourself.

Awesome new and inovative gym space looks amazing inside and staff are super freinedly and reliable, cant wait to get back there training again 👌👌👌
