I had the misfortune of being served by a rude female member of staff behind the jewellery counter. She seen me waiting to be served and still just left me standing there then instead of walking to me she shouts to ask what I wanted (I thought it be obvious I was wanting served)Her whole attitude stank the entire time. Kept trying to pawn me off with an item I didn't want to save her going to get me the one I asked for. Then when I asked to see the specific item, I received no response she just walked away started speaking to someone, went on a computer then went through a door and at that point I decided to leave, as I'm leaving she shouts to me (with attitude) that she had the item, she didn't warrant a response as far as I was concerned. What sort of service is that to give your customers?!.Staff are losing the business sales. Extremely poor customer service.

Next day delivery😳We've had to wait over a month for a fridge and freezer, 2 weeks for a tv unit and cooker, so much for next day delivery don't know where they get away with it for advertising as it's total rubbish and false advertisement

To put it simply with two words - utterly awful.

To be more specific...I can't understand the reasoning behind a company like Argos using the courier Yodel, the service I have received over the last week as I tried to resolve my 'next day delivery' order has been nothing short of ridiculous - I would give zero stars if that was an option.
Placed an order for a hoover with Argos 7 days ago, as soon as I had placed the order I realised I had not selected my new address which I moved to at the start of the year, I tried to contact Argos about this to change the address but was told this could not be changed until a delivery has been attempted.

I'm sorry, but what? This is an extremely bad way to operate if you ask me, especially when Yodel are concerned.

Yodel delivered the my order to the old address and I recieved a text saying it was in a 'safe place' as it 'did not require a signature' really? An item worth over £100 does not need a signature to say it has been received?!

Just wow.

With this not being my current address I contacted Yodel and Argos on a daily basis for the next seven days, wasting a huge amount of my work time in the process, not to mention the added multiplying stress that accompanied this.

It then turned out that my order was collected from the old address and apparently had attempted to be taken to my new address - which I had specifically left instructions saying that the driver would need to call me as there is no intercom system for my building, again, another text but 'sorry we missed you' on this occasion. After another failed delivery attempt today it now turns out it has been delivered to the pub I used to live above, again, my previous address when it was meant to be delivered to the pub above my current address, even though I received another 'sorry we missed you' message today?! Even the girl on the phone couldn't explain this to me.

Basically, massive amounts of miscommunication between both companies which shows glaringly obvious holes in both the ordering and delivery system.

Absolutely furious at how such a simple thing as delivering a package from A to B could descend into a total farce.

Never using Argos again or any company this insists on using Yodel, both are a total joke.
