Argos Dundee Overgate

Ordered a washing machine,endless phone calls just to get it delivered only to find it was faulty! They offered an engineer (I paid for a new working washing machine, not a reconditioned washing machine) they then offered my money back but only once it has been picked up, now its endless phone calls trying to get it picked up! Customer care are so cheeky and have a very cheeky and uncaring attitude like im putting them out! Will not be using them again!

Service could be quicker, but overall a good experience. Friendly staff and were able to answer my queries. Able to pick up out of stock item the next day.

Staff unfortunately slow and difficult and unfriendly not enough staff also just not good enough

Argo's is The only reason I can afford the cost off Well needed item's, THAT AMAZING DEAL they have,BUY NOW,PAY LATER,shows it's GENUINELY looking after us little people,I DON'T like debt and won't use it,! Yet HERE I am using this DEAL it just doesn't make me feel like that,and I've been able to replace large items for my home,this last one I've Got 12months to pay No interest,i just pay a bit off the bill when I have it,so by the time next year my bill come's in for payment in full 12months IT'S PAID,now let's see what's on SALE, THANKS ARGO'S for caring , I'm an o.a.p.MO, DUNDEE, x
