Argos Elgin

I prefer to order my things online via the fast track so all i need to do is collect rather than faffing about, the staff here have such an attitude problem. Always so grumpy and sharp tounged to customers

Would give the Elgin store no stars if I could but there isn't an option to do so. Went in today to return an item to be spoke to like I was dirt by a staff member named Maria. It was that bad that even after contacting the store direct I have complained to head office. I'm not even bothered about the item not getting returned it's how I was treated - never in my life have I been so belittled in a store anywhere and Argos have definitely lost a customer after this shocking service. Steer well clear!!
