Very nice staff and got what I wanted

It's really nice a good selection of stuff good staff and ok parking

reserved aerial online via quick collect, went in store and waited over 25 mins to be told the staff couldn't find it, none of the staff seemed bothered about this

Average Argos. Clean, tidy and bright. Biggest let down, as with many others. Not having items in stock. Which in theory makes them the same as the millions of "other" online retailers. I understand it's not possible to carry the full range in every store. Cost and room would be an issue. But come on Argos this is your selling point. "Convenience"

Purchased items online and collected them in store, Quick and easy.

Big store in the retail park. In stock position is generally good except sometimes at Christmas on special offers but this is typical of Argos. Parking is free and not specific being part of the retail park. Can be busy but generally you can get in and out of it without too much delay. Store has a jewellers and about 5 tills plus the express pods. Overall, picking up goods is fairly prompt. Service is fine considering the limited contact with staff.

Been there to change a micro sd card they have about 4 or 5 cashiers and the shop was bussy had to wait about 15 min till they opened the second till and after still about 20-25 minutes until I was looked after very slow staff.

Not happy. Ordered a tablet to be delivered between 7am-10am never arrived phoned shop to be told argos phoned to cancel, they never phoned as I was in all day, never left a message as I have no answer machine eh yes I do. Really disappointed in customer service, why tell lies.
