Very good lassie where very helpful will be back again

"We're on the phone every day from 7am-10pm" only they're really not. Every option bar one is automated and the one that isn't; no-one actually answers anyway.
The last few times I've been in this store have been really bad, the staff just don't look like they care at all and don't show any kind of attention when you have a query. I tried using the official Twitter to try and get some assistance and they were just as bad. I doubt I'll be going back to this one.

Grate place ivrything you need but the price goes up VERY fast 4 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Shopped at Argos for the first time. Everything was great except the computers are so slow. It would be a much more happier experience if the computers were more responsive. But overall great prices and lovely staff!

Exclent the assistant who sold me my iten was aware of my product and was abel to help me make sure my choice was whar i had ordered she was also very polite and friendly

Staff are not always the most organised or helpful, there are never more than 3 cashiers on at any one time and the so called quick pay kiosks don't work if you don't have a card (I typically pay cash) and there are never more than 3 staff working at the collection area... which is always messy and disorganised. I have complained about this and staff attitude in the past and nothing has been done... Argos's worst fault BY FAR however is their appallingly nightmarish website. it's impossible to navigate and I have mentioned this before and again nothing has been done. I might be a "special needs" customer but I am still a human being. and I do not deserve to be disrespected like this nor do any other customers. Either Argos need to staff this store better or get rid of it altogether.

Service can sometimes be great and others awful. At busy times its best to order ahead. Mobbed and Sale time and Christmas.

Five star customer service, staff always friendly and very helpful, a smile on their faces every time, keep it up folks.

Amazing customer service, although you can be waiting 10 - 15 at times I was in and out fast today! Would love to thank the young boy with red hair and Laura at Jewlery for helping me and being very kind. I was in the store boxing day and picked up some great deals!
