This is a place where they have you shop in a catalog. You stand at the counter and pick out what you want then pay for it and only then do that liberate the item from the back via a conveyor belt. Too funny!!!

The fact that you cannot speak to an advisor makes it difficult for customers. Other stores have a live helpline.
