Argos Irvine

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never use argos again.

Excellent fast track service. But not enough staff for this time of year if using normal service

Argos Irvine used to be second to none for customer service. Plenty of staff to assist. Last few times I've been in there has been 2 or 3. One dealing with returns and the others seems to do everything else. Use to be in and out in 10 to 15 mins tops. Staff work very hard at trying to keep customers happy. Just not enough staff to do a good job.

Ample parking. Helpful staff

Placed order online as a reserve. Upon going to store (Argos) simply went to checkout showed my reserve number on mobile and paid for item and went to collection. I only waited 5 min and collected product and left for home. Store was clean and employees were friendley. Great experience five stars.

Easy to get to. Good parking facilities and quick service

Good parking ...decent store...got good deal on a watch but waited 6days for 2 links to be removed.....better service needed.

I was served relatively quickly, but had to wait 8 minutes in stead of the 5 I was advised. The staff were efficient enough. Just like your typical Argos nothing special. On another note I find that all Argos lie in their queue prompter even when I'm called to the desk I'm still told I need to wait. Seems like they are fiddling the stats.

Staff are always helpful and pleasant. Meet and greet and at busy times come forward to assess customer needs in queue. Have had no problems
