I must say I was delighted with the assistance I got from Isobel, who served me. She was very helpful and knew what she was about.

Never got anything. It's a shame. You get so excited looking at catalogue.

I have ordered several items here and they are always in stock. Prices are also often better than Amazon.

Staff was rude not letting me use a discount card I had for the store as it had been " put through " bs as I hadn't entered my pin. Only reason I continued with sale was it was a present my little girl wanted. They then had the cheek to try and get my to add insurance on the product and by the end the staff said it's a shame you couldn't use the discount as it would have been a nice saving for you, I had to leave the store before I blew my fuse.

As with most Argos stores these days you need to check stock levels before going to the store. As they don't have much actually in stock.

I bought a heater from Argos Linlithgow. The appliance became faulty sporadically and I took it back. The staff more or less made me out to be a liar and I left the store feeling like they made a fool of me, their attitude and manner was disgraceful. I complained by email to their head office in Milton Keynes and got no resolution. I am now £80 out of pocket as The defective goods I was supplied with at Argos has now been disposed of as I simply cannot risk using a defective heating appliance in my £142,000 home.
I will never set foot in any Argos store again.
Neither will any of my family or friends.

I feel this point has to be voiced, I, as a Paying customer am not obliged to argue with you or your staff in your public premises and might I suggest you possibly put them on a basic course teaching them tact and basic manners. You will probably find these skills that lack are the basic building blocks of good customer service skills.. I.e treat customers with respect. Might you remind your staff that without paying customers there simply is no business.

Not normally busy, even at Christmas. Had most things in stock but not long to wait if have to get it ordered in.

Visiting the store ,always make me smile,as the staff are always friendly and gret you with a smile.and are always very helpful.xx
