Situated in rural Dunoon on the West Coast of Scotland, The Argyll Smokery is the destination for exceptional smoked fish – made without compromise.
Independently owned and operated, this is a small business of individual skilled craftsmen who care. Using our own bespoke unique cures and only ever smoking in singular small batches slowly and unrushed, each and every process is done entirely by hand from filleting, curing, smoking, slicing and packing.
