Loved it. Great food and friendly staff. Couldn't fault it really. Slightly dated rooms but adds to the character I guess

Nice ambience. Reasonable food offering. Good Local food. Nice cosy fire. Three stars as food quality was not consistent (Good evening meal - terrible lunch).

Good food but book a table during holiday times

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff. They serve a great breakfast too. Throughly recommend it.

We had a bad experience at this hotel during our holiday stay in Scotland. It had poor comfort (small beds, old matrasses) and our family room was located directly over the public bar where a live event took place at Saturday night. No sleep possible until after midnight. The bathroom was really old fashioned.
It was the worst and besides the most expensive hotel during our trip. Overall poor value for money - we will never choose it again.

I wish I could give this 0 stars - Restaurant/Bar personnel very rude and unprofessional. Walked out without ordering.

Arrived late and wet and was given a really excellent twin room at the single rate of £65 per night. In the morning the kippers for breakfast were delicious and the view sublime. I cannot recommend it highly enough

We won a wee break here for a few nights. It was brill. Nice room, braw view out across the loch and out to Eigg. Lovely staff and good food and drink.

Come and stay here now... great location, food, drink and welcome. Pick your day and you'll get some traditional music too which is worth the visit alone.
