TOP MARKS FOR CALLUM!
Last week our Big Band Leader, SI Callum Mellis from Lothian and Borders Army Cadets, attended the Adult Leadership and Management Course at the Cadet Training Centre Frimley Park. Whilst there he learned the skills to lead other Cadet Force Adult Volunteers. At the end of the course he was graded 'Highly Competent' - high praise indeed!
Callum also took the time to promote Music in the Army Cadet Force to his fellow CFAVs as well as some of the Instru...ctors.
Congratulations Callum on your fantastic result. We also offer congratulations to Pipe Major Kirsty Campbell, 1 Highlanders ACF, one of our colleagues from the Pipes and Drums!

At our training weekend we were very lucky to be joined by some of our regular colleagues from The Bands of HM Royal Marines Scotland, The Band of the Royal Regiment of Scotland and The Countess of Wessex’s String Orchestra come along to help our cadets with some music tuition.
