Arnb Alteration Renovation & New Build

Almost a year in the making but we are on the home straight now . from demolish of the old cottage the completion of the new property we have it covered ! I think it turned out really well if i do say so my self . all that left to build is the garden walls and that will be finished this week Weather permitting

We have been work really hard recently and i have kind of neglected my face book page . so here is a little job the is almost finished . just some timber shuttering to form the concrete landings then its over to the steel guys for a railing and a bit of roughcast . 100s of 4inch blocks and 18 solid concrete steps weighing in at 180kg each . it was a epic task to fit the steps but to access issues we had to fit them manually . not a easy feet but we always get there in the end !

We cut the stone by hand; every project is individual and can be installed by us in your house wall, garden wall or where ever you deem appropriate. This new service is proving very popular and the waiting time on completion is expanding daily. Below is an example of a bespoke "house name"; completed by our in-house stone mason this week.
This "house name" stone is a combination of the customer's 2 grand children's names - just in case anyone was wondering!

Our lads happily working away on a retaining wall and patio in Wallacestone Falkirk

Over the past few days we transformed a back garden in rutherglen. removal of old grass and cloths poles replaced with nice chips and new clothes poles . we also removed the old patio and relayed a new one in a anti-slip slab with a nice wee curve round the edge .we also refaced the steps in matching slabs. Back garden remodeled with golden gravel and bracken historic slabs , pointed with ”fastpoint” which let's the water drain through the slab joints but stops weeds , win win situation . now the customer can enjoy the garden over the winter and hang the washing out without getting his/her feet dirty

This been a busy week so far working our way through a Long list of small jobs for different people. Basic home maintenance , dripping gutters , loose roof tiles , roughcast repairs , steps fixed , slabs sorted . we still have a few spaces next week if you want to get ready for winter , free estimates and advice

Today we finished a garden renovation job removing old gray slabs and grass to install a curved step , mono paths and diamonds , with a nice golden chip .

Another day another job to start
