Terrible experience with the service team, phoned up to book my car in and the lady I spoke to wasn’t very friendly and wasn’t advised of the services they offer if you have to leave your car for the day with them so when I dropped my car off in the morning I got told it would be in the afternoon before they could see it so I asked if I could have a courtesy car but they said no as all of their cars where being used. I then had to rearrange my appointment to the following week. I got a phone call once they had seen the car to tell me they need to order in parts etc and get my car back in. That’s been nearly two weeks now and they still haven’t got in contact with me to update me. Shocking how they treat their customers!!

We were sold a faulty car from another branch. Aberdeen were supposed to rectify the existing issue and several other faults, including the radio cutting out.
After 3 trips to the garage, totalling almost 3 weeks, the car is still not fixed!
Returned the car and waiting for a full refund via cheque.
Avoid these cowboys. The after sales care is non existent!

My wife took her car in for a service, they noticed radiator was leaking and phoned to say it was on order and would be fitted next day...all under warranty.....hopefully we can pick up our car tomorrow....can't ask for better. Quick and efficient service! Full marks!

Everything was done as expected and my customer service person (Sharon) was very helpful and explained everything very well.
It would have been five star except for a terrible smell about the car when I picked it up to drive home.

Credit where credit is due. Arnold Clark KIA Motors gave us a wonderful customer service experience last week. YES ITS TRUE !! Delighted to say Arnold Clark Aberdeen Kia Branch replaced BOTH flickering LED headlights free of charge (£1500+Job), they also fixed another small recall issue I wasn't aware of and even washed our car before handing it back - Not only was the customer service excellent, everything was done for free and with a smile! I was impressed/moved enough to write to them a wee "thank you" testimonial email and commend the nice Polish guy who took care of everything. WELL DONE ARNOLD CLARK. :-)
