Wonderful experience.Great car great price - the best i could find in the UK! I am from North Wales and for £89 had the car transferred to a centre near home.Much cheaper that travelling from wales to Aberdeen and zero extra miles on my car clock !! Eddie also saved me around £1000 by offering me an excellent finance deal ( i had come to him with a finance deal i had been offered and if not for Eddie suggesting i look at his it would as i say cost me extra £1000!) Could not be happier with my Kia Soul- and it still has the Kia 7 year warranty with 4 years yet to run. And finally i just have to say the honesty and kindness shown me by Eddie and all his staff made this experience top class :)

Sales staff will happily lie to you to get you to buy a vehicle. The service centre did more damage to my car than good. Disgusting experience overall. Really stressful, proceed with extreme caution

Unprofessional, untruthful. Avoid !!! Complete waste of my time and money.
Infuriating that such a horrendously unethical company has a near-monopoly on the car trade/service in Scotland.
When I went to pick up my car I realised that some of the items specified on the servicing schedule had not been carried out and they charged me for full service cost. The car has been rebooked again for service to be done properly.
After I left the service and drove around 2 miles I've got a warning message "ENGINE SERVICE NOW" with a amber "!" mark.

The time off work to try and sort these don't seem to be taken into consideration. They don't care about you.

It was the 3rd service and first MOT - Ford Mondeo - 17000 miles.

I had my car serviced every year by them. I'll never use Arnold Clark ever again after this experience.
