Nice freindly staff but not trustworthy at all i bought a ford focus early this year/late last year and i wasent told it was an ex hire car its only when i recived logbook that i found out if id known id wouldent have gone near it (most hire cars are flogged to death) then before i sighed i was assured it had a major service a month ago (so his collegue said anyway after checking his computer) but after checking the book once i was home its not been stamped at all and once it was at work on the ramp nope filters are old and dirty another lie there response it has been done bring book up to us wel stamp it (its a 2.5 hr drive one way from mine) so bit far to go for a stamp anfter all this they had the cheek to ring me and ask me to fill the survey they sent and if i can answer yes to all questions that be great sorry mate i sent an honest one avoid cars here im sure other arnolds are ok we bought our orher car at carlise and cant fault them but this seems to be the dumping ground site use caution

This Garage, is a absolute credit To Arnold Clark, The service from this branch is Second to None!! I loved the tea and Shortbread, everything went smoothly, the Lady always made sure my teacup was always full, thanks for the new car folks!!

He sent me all the details in advance and also made a video about the car I bought, which was a real help for me, as I live in Edinburgh so I had to travel almost 3 hours by train. Got our new car last week we were welcomed by Billy Graham.
Billy took us to see the car we were interested in and went threw all the details this was very pleasant and very detailed Billy answered all our quires. The actual trade in for our car and payment for new car was dealt with very easily Billy took care of it all. On the test drive Billy was very patient and put me at my ease. When I picked up my car the valeting was excellent (sorry cant promise to keep it that way) All in all I would recommend the stress free way I shall return to Arnold Clark for my next car . DISGUSTING BRANCH Almost hundred mile trip to this branch to find new car was hidden away in a corner with rear bumper damaged. Tried their best to get me to sign for car before seeing it then when I did see it they tried to bully me into taking it and getting it repaired nearer my home.
