Put my car in for a wiper fault I knew what the fault was and had a print out explaining what was needed had got this off a auto electric engineer but had to put in into a franchise dealer for the repair car also was due its mot they didn't fix the wiper fault then put it thru its Mot there service engineers must have no common sense putting a car thru that they knew would fail you just couldn't make this up felt sorry for the girl that was left to sort it out with me what happened to the service manager no one knowsI won't deal with this lot of cowboys again

Just bought a 2012 Peugeot 107 urban from Scott with the help of Allan, really nice guys would highly recommend speaking to either of them if your looking for a car. They certianly have my future business. 10/10 service.

Was looking to buy a new car - was told to be seated and someone would attend to me. 40 minutes later I got up and left given endless staff members walked past and looked at me, and 6 staff members stood at the door gossiping, although pounced on when I parked in their car park, nobody was interested in stopping me as I left. I have since made a purchase with a non- arnold clark dealer and am very happy.
