Great customer service from the moment we walked in. The young lady who helped us find the perfect car was not pushy at all. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the staff were all very friendly and helpful too. We will definitely be back. This is for sure one of the best Arnold Clark garages! And I rate our experience there 5 stars!!

the worst garage i have ever been in touch with, disaster from start to finish, they have one rule and toyota have another, got a letter last week from toyota recalling my avensis to have a new airbag fitted. i called toyota and they said they had the bit and to get in touch with my local dealership, which is 102miles round journey, arnold clark in ayr, i spoke to the ones in ayr and i was penciled in for tomorrow the 3rd of october at 12pm. i also received an email to confirm this. i managed to get a day off work so i could drive up, then this morning i got a phone call to say the bit wouldnt be in for a couple of weeks. i complained, to no avail, then i got a call that a bit had magically appeared, which was fine, so i then was told that i was getting a healthcheck on the car, which i didnt need or want, i told them its a recall and i dont need it, the girl said well we cant fit it unless you get a health check, when i called complaints they said i didnt have to take a health check, utter shambles from start to finish and totally disgusted with arnold clark toyota, now i lose a day at work over the way they have performed, never again will i contact a toyota ayr,,,,,james reid

BILLY COCHRANE IS A RACIST

Once you have issues they will lie and be very difficult to deal with.
I had reserved the car to look at and Billy was all smiles until I pointed out a few things he was immediately very rude and spoke to me in a way which made me feel uncomfortable

When I went in to pick up car some of the work which he said was done during mot was a lie and when I pointed it out he denied this was the case even though before the sale he said it would be done. He point blank said to me " do you want to buy the car or not" in an arrogant manner
He showed no basic custome service skills

On top of that the mats took 3 weeks to come
Not once did billy apologise but he then said to me "i don't make the mats if your not happy put a complaint in" I can't believe someone would say that to a custoner - I at no point spoke rudely to billy I was always polite and pleasant and what i got back was disgusting comments

When I complained to arnold clark they didn't really address the problem and the general maanger claimed that billy has one of the best customer satisfaction service records
Either billy really is a racist or this is a lie because anyone with basic customer service skills would not speak the way he did and would at least apologise

The feeling of buying a new car was ruined becuase people reveal there true colours in these situations

Billy is a disgracefull lying salesman

Billy Cochrane is your typical old shcool salesman
He is your best friend to get the sale but when you have issues he completely changes - backtracking on what he said and becoming very rude and confrontational.

He has given me the WORST customer service I have expreienced

Great service , staff very helpful from reception staff to managers nothing was to much bother.

One of the better branches staff are good and helpfully Angus the gm is good
