Arrived by appointment to look at a family car with kids in tow to find the salesman not present and the car already sold without a courtesy call to advise us not to come.

Kevin is an excellent sales man. He was very patient with me when I asked him to talk through a number of car options with me. I liked the fact he isn't pushy and this in turn made me feel more comfortable and open to buying a car from him. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking after care from this branch.

2 years ago they sold me a faulty car took months for them to finally agree to give me a replacement car, knowing fine well they didn't have a leg to stand on as it was under HPI and the car wasn't fit for propose. Had to get head office and my finance company involved before finally, it was resolved or well what I thought was resolved.

The reason I am only putting this review up now is because I wanted all the extras I purchased with the faulty car on the replacement car i made this very clear. The extras were 2 years warranty, the service plan and VRI. So fast forward 2 years the replacement car was written off (third party at fault!!) and the VRI wasn't on the replacement car still on the faulty car. Guess what they are not interested and niether are head office. Absolutely disgusted.
