Purchased my vehicle from Arnold Clark in 2005. Was so unimpressed I never went back. Saw SEAT had opened here and thought after all this time I'd give them another chance. Went in to get a quote for work equipped with the printed quote from a rival garage which included all my contact details. They photocopied it and promised to get in touch and that was weeks ago. Seems after all this time nothing has changed. See you again in another 12 years, should be enough time for you to master returning calls.
