Great Place for hiring a dual control car ,great staff hassle free experience, no problems, reasonable priced

Customer service was outstanding on pick up and return of the van. Friendly and very helpful. The van itself was brand new and was an excellent runner, perfect for my home move. Definitely use them again.

Thanks to you guys we had an amazing 2 days! The car was really comfy and we loved it 😀😀

Good vehicles always well maintained, decent prices, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Availability is usually decent, but it depends what you are after. A large 7.5 tonne truck isn't so easy to get as a supermini, so go in plenty of time depending what you are after. Staff are always friendly

Disappointed!!
We had visitor and planed to hire car to visit highlands. I have booked the car at Aberdeen canal road branch and paid £218. +100 deposit for 2 days full and also DVLA checked was done. FInaly when we arrive with family with good mood to collect the car, we were disappointed by their member of staff. AS she was asking same qistion again and again and also asked for another deposit of £100. I have asked her why she replied that they did not took doposit when we paid for car. Scondla she had bad manner her attitude leave it or take it. There was othe member of staff or may be manger could may help to resolve the issue. Anyway finally they retuned money then we went to enterprise. We had welcomed service and got the car within an hour for £144. +100 deposit even though they did not have in branch.

Now the question is both car hire company but huge difference interm of service and price.

Please check online and compare before heading towards branch might not be welcomed. Management Arnold Clark need to be serious about customer satisfaction cause the no longer high oil price and people now have option.

Regular hire of cars and vans for work purposes. The staff are helpful and informative. Never had an issue. Would highly recommend.
