Very friendly staff, car was new and clean, best price for a GPS and child seat. Took a few minutes to figure our where the shuttle picked up as there was only one sign. Just stand outside in the shuttel pick up near the large #1. Would rent again.

I have dealt with the Edinburagh office at Arnold Clark rentals on a number of occasions. Great to deal with and an easy company to work with. For our golf and travel customers, we certainly recommend using Arnold Clark for all car rental services to Scotland.

I would never have thought that I will write a five-star-review about a rental car company, but here it is. We were just so happy that because our flight was very delayed, one of the employees worked overtime just to make it possible that we could still pick up our car that evening. This really saved the start of our holiday - thank you, Peter! Also, we managed to end up with a scratch on the fender (without the damage waiver) and found the additional costs to be very fair. Highly recommended!

When we told the staff we were there because another rental company had not treaten us well, and they took absolute magnificent care of us. They gave us a nice offer and helped us out perfectly. The staff is very kind, you will not regret renting a car here. Great service!

great! we got brand new car for 25p/day. the price is final, not like by other rental companies. 14p/day costs better assurance or you must have 750p on your credit cards joined bank account. 100p as fuel deposit (you will get it back) thats all.

Great staff. Had a new car and everything went smoothly. They have a pickup point in bay 1 next to the rest of rent a car companies. They have a signboard there, just phone the number that's there and they will pick you up.
