Friendly staff but been stung twice by them as your inside brake pads don't have much wear left compared to the outer pads that you can visibly see when buying a car

I hired a car from your Inverness branch for two days - 16th Sept to 18th Sept 2017. I would like to record my appreciation for the courteous staff at the branch and their high level of customer orientation. The car was great and therefore we enjoyed the drive during the two days. Please keep up this record

Staff were very friendly and helpful when we had to adjust our booking at the last minute, in particular the female supervisor who patiently got us sorted out! Van in good condition too.

Fantastic service staff! Was served by a silver haired man at the desk and he was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Cars were also in perfect condition. Will highly recommend and rent here again.
