I've hired many vehicles from here and never been disappointed. Always managed to have a laugh and a joke with the girls.

They never answer the phone - always just an answering machine asking you to leave your number. Tried 5 times over two days.

Cowboy salesmen parading under the banner of a known brand. I registered interest in a used car being advertised by Arnold Clark and requested to be contacted by email. I received 4 missed calls over the next two days whilst at work, despite repeated requests to be contacted by email. When I was finally able to answer, they told me the car I was interested in had been sold and tried to flog me another model that was £1500 over the upper limit of my budget. But the real clincher was when they then offered me £500 p/x on the car they had sold me 12 months previous for £2995. An utterly contemptuous offer from a bunch of amateurs. Steer clear....
