First time I'd hired from them and they exceeded my expectations. Prompt pick up from the airport and helpful staff. I'd booked a Vauxhall Astra (or similar), but was given the SRi Turbo model, which was a pleasant surprise. They'll be first choice for my next visit!

Was supposed to get a courtesy car as mine was in for a warranty job. Ended up I got a hire car instead which had an extra cost for insurance. Was reimbursed four weeks later even though I was assured by the dealership there would be NO charge. Too much hassle and staff with no idea. I wouldn't recommend this lot.

Terrible service, mostly the after service that's terrible. But an all round bad experience...would not recommend Arnold Clark to anyone!!!
