Travel 39 miles for a service, and told car will be in all day, as they have 50 jobs booked. Not even offered a courtesy lift into town.

I am very happy with the used Hyundai i10 I purchased from Arnold Clark in Dundee. Everyone I dealt with was first class. In particular Philip Copland was very helpful in reserving the car for me, arranging the test drive and completing the sale with minimum fuss. At no time was I put under pressure to buy. I was also impressed with the modern, spacious showroom. The test drive and hand over was done by Sean who was very helpful and explained everything very well.

Overall I would recommend Arnold Clark, Dundee very highly.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! Happy to take your money but the after service is some of the most appalling I have ever experienced. The car we bought was faulty and we have had a nightmare trying to get it sorted with Arnold Clark. Disorganised, unprofessional and unapologetic. Will NEVER go back.

Went in today to test drive a Hyundai i30 - great service - didn't push the sale and gave good advice on other cars they had in the same range and style. Went for a second test drive and will visit again once we've made a decision.

They took car in for recall and map update, returned it promptly
