Just picked up our new car, and to be honest with you we could not have been made more welcome if they had tryed. Thanks again.

Scott grey explained the ins and outs of everything. Went away feeling confident and happy about the service.

Purchased a 4 year old Car from Arnold Clark, had to take car to garage 4 times within 4 weeks of purchase. Garage ordered parts and never recall my car, I had to be calling and drove down to my sale person to sort issues out. Engine warning light always coming up.

Usual nonsense from the sales staff. Broken promises and general disrespect for the customer. That being said car was a good price.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! My van is 8 weeks old and has working and all they do if say " oh I can't help you, I'll transfer you to someone that can"

Found the team very professional and prompt with my inquiry. As I live in yorkshire I had to have the car delivered to the Manchester Salford branch. . . . . . now that's a different story. I wouldn't give them one star, terrible service !
I only wish I could have dealt with the Dundee branch through the whole process. It made what should be a nice experience into a nightmare.

Don't seem to be interested in serving new customers who are further looking for upgrade. Had called and confirmed possibility for service plan as moved in from England.. then walked into showroom... With the sales guy rudly telling we don't sell and service vehicles not purchased from us even if it is a Vaxhall.. Confirmed at call center where they mentioned we do..Well hardly matters to me... As looking for an upgrade my current Vauxhall to bigger one.. and Arnold Clark looses the business... Keep it up.

Very rude, disrespectful and cheeky members of staff. If you are looking to purchase a car from Arnold Clark that is in this showroom, try and go to Balfield Road and you can order it from there where the sales staff are much more customer-focused.

First visit, one member of staff incredibley rude and very cheeky when asked simple questions about parts, second visit (enforced), different guy couldnt have been more helpful and polite, very much depends on who you get it seems
