Arnold Clark Edinburgh Seafield Peugeot / Seat / Skoda

Terrible after sales service. Once they have your money, they do not care. This after the whole ‘we are Arnold Clark, a national brand, we look after our customers’ speech I received when picking the car up. Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs, I will never go to Arnold Clark ever again!

Worst customer service ever. Calls ring out to service department for 5 minutes and revert back to main switchboard. Calls not returned when promised. General manager (Kenneth Dymock) in complete denial.

My new car (only 6 months old) and purchased from an Arnold Clark dealership has been diagnosed by the AA to have faulty battery that can't hold a charge and therefore needs to be replaced. The same Arnold Clark dealership's response "we can book it in to look at this in 4 weeks time". Service manager (Chris Roberts) and general manager less than useful. Both seem to think this is OK "but less than ideal". Personally I think this is totally unacceptable and pathetic. I don't think many would agree with Chris and Kenneth that it is acceptable, ie having to play roulette with whether your car is going to start after working a back shift!

Collected my new car from Kenny, the experience was fantastic from start to finish. I did meet the managers who were excellent. Thanks to all at Seafield love my new Peugeot.

I've had car booked for emissions fixture on VW engine in my Skoda, but was advised that i don't have to do it. I've read reviews and seemed to be true so i didn't do it and I'm happy with it. Today they've fixed my new undertray and valeted car as part of a service which was great. Great effort from service department and also customer service department. I would surely recommend that branch for servicining! Thank You guys, much appreciated it :).
