This dealership is an actual shambles. On Friday 27th October, I called up to begin a finance process for a car. I began this process with Alistair Gibson. I reserved the car and completed all the necessary paperwork online from my end. I was told by Alistair that within 20 MINUTES I would get a phone call back to do the credit check and submit the finance application for the car by a sales rep called Corbin. SIX, YES, SIX hours later I was still twiddling my thumbs waiting for a phone call back. I called back at 5:30 to get an update and was told that Corbin was just handing over a car to a customer and he would call back in 10 minutes, low and behold that phone call never happened, surprise surprise. After being taken for a plain fool, I called back on Saturday 28th October to cancel my application with them as I suffer no fools in life. YET AGAIN, the receptionist said that Alistair would call me back in 15 minutes to have a chat about the cancelling of this car. Currently at 10oclock on Saturday evening, I haven't received a phone call back from them. I have now moved to a local dealership, NOT ARNOLD CLARK, who have accommodated me and made me feel so welcome and are bending over backwards and beyond to sort my application out. One last word of advice... yes, the car you have seen might be lovely and exactly what you are looking for, but I'm sure there is another car somewhere else with a team standing in front of the car who are willing to do 1000 times more work with the customer to ensure that they drive away from the dealership with a smile on their face - UNLIKE THESE COWBOYS, and if you do end up going with these incompetent and very rude individuals, be prepared for a bumpy ride!

Probably the most problematic purchase of a car within the Arnold Clark network .

Had to shout to get my issues resolved . Both sales & service issues ( many of them ) Management don't like complaints , my answer is simple ! Get it right first time ! Tried to send my car out not hoovered & not cleaned , really ! Top tip is either switch it on & or do not try & chance your arm & say it's done when it's not ! Simples 👍

Now everyone knows you are a bunch of chancers lol ! Also parking is a huge issue . Hopefully not all AC are not the same but I can not vouch for that , don't have the time to waste on a mystery shop lol !

Best customer service I have ever received. They fixed a fault immediately, which Evans Halshaw (who I bought my car from) denied even existed. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.

Decided to test drive a Dacia as is I was in the area recently. Spoke to a really helpful young salesman who took me out for the test drive and offered me a great deal... Which I hope to take up shortly. Having been to a number of dealers recently, this was by far the best experience I've had in recent years.

Getting a MOT and waiting for it to be done is not so painful when there is free Wifi, hot drinks, snack and comfy chairs that is not that different to where I work. It's also dog and child friendly. A little chilly thought.
