Arnold Clark Edinburgh Sighthill Motorstore / Fiat

Just bought our new car from Arnold Clark Sighthill and have been genuinely impressed and delighted with the service from finding us the car we wanted to the smooth collection of the car at pick up. Everyone we spoke to has been friendly, helpful and professional and our custom has felt appreciated. Great experience and would have no hesitation buying from them again.

Got my car here a while ago, never had an issue, great deal, staff and managers were all friendly and professional, got my car the very next day so I was really impressed as I'm impatient and when I've been elsewhere I've had to wait for up to a week! The prices were fantastic and the salesman gave me the right advice on what to get, 10/10 will be coming back for my next car!

depends on the salesman. we had a great one today. they invited us to an event. test drive a car and get either a meal for two or a dashboard camera. we were never ordered a test drive and were barely looked at. the salesman who did talk to us did a great job though. doubt I'll be back

I have had a mixed experience with Arnold Clark Sighthill.
- Took a new Fiat out on a good PCP deal, no complaints, no pushy sales.

- Car taken in for a Service after 1 year; customer service from services was shocking, highlighted lots of issues that needed fixed (car had done less than 10k miles), car was a mess when it came back to me.

I was quite happy with the sales team and based on my experience I would buy new from them again, never would I buy used cars from Arnold Clark.

Based on Services - I would never take my car here for service again.

Absolutely atrocious customer service and quality of service and repairs.

Went in to have an MOT + service, which found a problem. Told these guys to fix it. Even though the part was in stock still took them over 48 hours.

Not only that, but engine light came on immediately after driving it off the lot. Their response: "not our problem, but you can pay £250 more to get it fixed!". Ah, and part of the interior trim was also broken, not sure how that's even possible!

Oh, and the complimentary car cleaning? Won't happen.

Avoid avoid avoid! There are smaller independent garages around the area with MUCH better value and quality.

Okay, to be honest I felt a little reluctant to use AC Service Centre but my Fiat needed a thorough diagnostic and the local village garage didn't have the technology. Mostly, you hear how big garages are out to exploit the customer - that wasn't the case here. The technician/Mechanic (John) gave me an analysis of the problem told me the repair/remedial options and potential associated costs and explained it to me in a clear way which allowed me to make an informed decision. I would definately use them again
