Terrible service. Just bought a car and they didn’t notice the timing belt was overdue by almost 2 years! un acceptable in my opinion. they fobbed me off and won’t give me a curtousy car for free and ask for my N.I number (seriously? why, i’m foreign i don’t have one yet, this is discrimination) even though the fault is caused by them neglecting basic servicable items. I was told the car got a full service but found out after fighting with them for 4 days that arnold clark “value” cars only get an oil change, they don’t change any filters, belts or anything. I’m very disappointed with them and am seeking legal action against these scammers. They don’t take the urgency seriously and are making me wait for appointments that are days or weeks away.

Overall stay away from them, don’t touch them with a barge pole.

They took my car in for repairs to resolve the timing belt issue, however they have failed to address issues that have occurred since such as the no start condition, my broken passenger seat, my coolant consumption and the bodged up sump. I paid this car almost £5000 and have been literally ripped off.

I have tried to reject this vehicle as the faults have still not been corrected however the Manager Steven Campbell is an absolute jackass and has demanded that I leave the premises as soon as I started to raise my voice. I have stated the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and he simply told us that he knows about the law and that it does not fall within this law. Shortly after being thrown out of this garage from hell I immediately phoned citizen's advice who confirmed that I was perfectly within my rights to reject the vehicle.

I have now involved a solicitor and am planning court action against these crooks. I am writing this comment in the hope of driving people away from this Idiot that is the manager Steven Campbell. I will see these crooks in court.

Absolute disgrace. Took car in for a service and the following day the sump plug popped out whilst driving. In another incident took a different car for an MOT and was quoted £900 worth of repairs for it to pass. Took it to a smaller independent garage who completed only half the work (for a fraction of the price) and passed the MOT. I have zero faith in the mechanics or customer service at this place. I'm speaking from multiple experiences when I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
