Arnold Clark Elgin Renault / Dacia

Was looking for a small new car and had a look around the car showrooms in the area, went to Arnold Clark and received a very warm welcome from Darren. Excellent service and I liked a Clio, I went back a couple of times and nothing was too much trouble and all my questions were answered in a professional manner by Darren. Aileen the lovely receptionist provided tea and shortbread. Darren and I went out on a test run and decided the Clio was the car for me.

I would definately recommend Arnold Clark and they were by far the most interested in what I wanted and what suited my requirements best.

Purchased a car from here and was told scratches would be repaired but they were not. Also very nearly over charged me for the remainder if the car balance on pickup until I noticed.

They charged me £800 bill for repair yet the problem is still there complety rip off avoid them and save ur money they are not pro.
