No stars deserved - 230 mile, 5 hour journey for nothing because they didn't have the car ready, despite promising several times that it would be ready for us to take away on the pre-arranged day. Plus didn't disclose faults with the car, even though I had stressed the distance we were travelling and asked for their honesty before we made the journey. Avoid this bunch.

I went to falkirk arnold clark and dealt with paul cassidy whom i bought my previous car from,and i test drove a car and decided to buy it,paul sourced the same car with less than 4000 miles ex mobility car at a really good price.he wore his superman cape again and got it transfered from glasgow in just 4 days and i got my new car.in excelent condition.i was again very pleased with his friendly attentive service and would not hesitate to recommend using the falkirk branch and in particular paul.the manager was very friendly too.thanks again arnold clark see u in anothdr few yers for another new car lol

Shame I have to give the Falkirk branch 1 star as there are some good staff there. This star reflects my bad experience with the general manager.

Have noticed broken parts in the car, she has refused to authorise a repair as "these items are cosmetic and have never been reported to us in the last 7 weeks". One of the broken items was the stud that holds the rear passenger floor mat (clearly not something that one would look at often!)... Floor mats were put in by someone in the sales team at Arnold Clark, they didn't report the broken item to me, so why am I being given a timeframe to report this, when they themselves can't be bothered to report anything?
Unusual how they think they can sell a vehicle without telling the buyer about any faults that it has, such a shame that I paid outright for the vehicle, because I feel that they don't care, now that the car been paid for.

I have just bought a 2013 juke from here and would like to say the service was exceptional .The sales guy Paul couldn't do enough to help the transaction smoothly enough and just a genuine nice guy who the company should be very proud to have on there team.The manager was lovely as well sorry forgot her name but came out and introduced herself and gave me a welcome pack .After all the cars we've bought over the yrs and there's been a lot this is the first time I have received this .Was a very pleasant and productive experience will definitely be back for my next one .once again thanks PAUL xx

Don't do it. After I bought the car I had 7 trips to the garage over 3 months of hell. To quote the General Manager "we're not experts". Clearly this is the case.

The staff were very helpful in getting me my first car. Service was fantastic, as each step was well explained and staff were very helpful. The fact that a member of staff would collect me from work to go and collect my car, was a great also. I would advise all who looking for a new car to try out arnold clark fiat Falkirk.
