I would like to say a big thank you to staff at Kia Arnold Clark in Springburn.. Shaun Toogood especially.

Shaun took time to listen to my needs and found the best deal that suited me both size and financially.. very patient young man, even checked insurance changes from current car to the one I was looking at.. can't thank him enough and felt no pressure which I have received in other showrooms.. Will definitely be recommending the showroom to my friends/ family.. keep up the good customer service guys.

Our salesperson, Ms Fiona Buchanan, has looked after both myself and my wife for a number of years. We have bought at least 10 new vehicles over that period. She is the most professional, charming and helpful individual we have come across. We would not want to deal with any other person when buying our cars. Having said that, the whole team at the showroom are extremely helpful and always very pleasant when dealing with them. I would highly recommend the showroom as we have never had anything but a first class experience.

Bought 3 cars from this branch and the service has always been first class. i will always return and buy cars from this branch. The service has been and always will be first class. I hope that the sales manager (i cant remember his name, but he is very nice and knows couple of my friends) is still working there as he makes the process of buying a car alot easier.

Thanks again and will be back soon.

I bought my first new Fiat here over two years ago, and the welcome I have received from sales to servicing has always been impeccable. Our adviser at the beginning was terrific, with none of the usual car sales guff and a clear understanding of the features of the particular vehicle I was interested in, having test driven the model herself at launch. Both the 20k and 40k servicing was completed in a timely and well-communicated fashion, and when a minor recurring fault appeared after the last service, the customer service and servicing staff bent over backwards to rectify it; I was especially impressed by a phonecall from the actual technician working on the car, confidently advising that the problem had been solved (it had been!). I won't hesitate to bring my car back here in future due future work, and I hope to be able to recommend their service well into the future.

I got my car from here a few months ago and can't fault the service, it was and has been, very professional.

I went in knowing what I wanted and I was treated with respect, I wasn't forced into anything I didn't want or need. I spoke to young chap, Shaun his name was and he couldn't have been nicer. He went into detail with every aspect involved in getting my new car. There wasn't a moment where I was confused and thought, this is too complicated. He made it very easy. Once the paperwork was all signed etc. I was shown round the car and told about all the features it had. I left a very happy customer.

I've had the car a few months now and if I have any problems, I can phone and speak to them with no problems. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this branch to anyone.

I went in knowing what I wanted, and I have to say - for second hand I have no experience, but my friend got several second hand cars and kept going back. I want to redress the balance because I almost rejected one of their salesmen simply because I read a negative review. It proved instead that he was very helpful and I would go back with more confidence now. Salesman in question is Gordon Halpert - someone gave him a negative review, which was to do with high instalments. My advice is - because everyone goes for PCP does not mean it's a good idea to take it. I got a bank loan because I want to keep a car as long as possible. It's a good deal for some. Dont blame the salesman - it's your decision what to buy and how. There is no pressure from Arnold Clark from what I have seen. I'd love to see a female sales person at some point thou.

My car has been in 3 times to get the back light fixed and it still isn't fixed, shocking service, they tell you one thing and then deny it

Only care about the money. Bought car only a couple of months ago.Forget about customer service. Problem with doors, screenwipers, wheel. And hand brake!! Still car was given. And late! No idea how they managed to give the car an mot certificate....???Imposible to speak to someone in charge. Had to complain to head office in order to get listened to and get car fixed... I hope.... Don't buy anything here.!

Car had a jammed on rear brake, they had it in for 5 days and over the weekend. Could not offer a courtesy car. Told me the car needed new discs, brake pads and shoes, my brake pads were already done by them at the last service and had only done 4000mls. This was all done at a cost of £330.00. Got the car back on Monday evening and on driving to work the next morning the same back brake was still seized on, unbelievable did they not test drive the car after the work was carried out? Phoned the branch to complain and was told twice the service manager would phone back. He never did. Shocking customer service. Had the car inspected by a independent mechanic who told me the brake caliper was seized and needed replaced. Went into Arnold Clark after work and told them this. The car was taken in again and they had it for a further 2 days to replace the brake caliper! Unbelievable as I had 3 garage quotes for this and they all said it was a 1 hour labour charge and would be £160 at rite way autos, £163.00 at kiwi fit, £162.99 at prestige autos, Arnold Clark was £170.00 which they didn't charge for as I paid £330 for all the other work they did but didn't rectify the fault, this left me out of pocket by £160.00 which the service manager refused to reimburse, no vouchers offered, no free service offered, no free mot offered. Nothing ..... I would ask you to think twice before using this garage if that's how a regular customer like me who bought his last 2 cars for cash from Arnold Clark and used them for servicing has been treated. They have just lost themselves a customer.

Shocking after sales customer service

User

The service department at the Fiat garage have been really helpful in sorting out warranty issues. Coffee on hand which is nice too. Staff friendly without being over bearing and cheesy like some garages.

User

Staff in another Arnold Clark garage told me I was ripped off by this place, and am now stuck in an overpriced 4 year contract with terrible terms. Thanks, Gordon Halpert!

User

I would avoid this sales garage and go somewhere else.

Had to take the car in several times within the first 3 months to get car fixed (some things fixed again) still waiting for my car ownership to be delivered to me. Wrong name put on the orginal document . Told 4 times it had been sent away. 4 months waiting then got told it was lost behind a filing cabinet ensured once again it had been sent away. Almost 5 weeks later and 6 months from the original date been told today it has definitely been sent away this time.

Still waiting so another 4-4 weeks. However i was told that on the 7th of January 2016. Now the 1st of june 2016....A JOKE!

Go buy your car from somewhere else these people just don't seem to care.
