Great customer service, relaxed atmosphere.
Stuart Craig went above and beyond, he made sure everything was completely perfect.

Phoned service department and got specification, advice, price, and availability information on the same call.

Went in next day and In the time I had drank my coffee, read my emails, and skimmed a newspaper, my car had been worked on and a video had been sent to my email.

The video showed me the work undertaken and also of the main components underneath the car, which I had never seen before. All this information and more was then added to my VW app for easy reading later.

I found all team members to be efficient, professional, and seemed happy in their roles. Shoutouts to the lovely ladies on reception, I think they are the perfect service centre hosts, welcoming, engaging, and caring.

Thanks to all at the new Service Centre on South Street (next to GTG building). I'll be back :)

Got a good deal and really rated the staff, really impressed. Got a good deal and bought the car I went to see.

APPALING SERVICE, after 6 fonecalls over the space of 6 months, speaking to 3 different managers, they finally admitted that they had lost my service book, only to assure me on fone call 3, 4, and 5 they would send me a NEW one out. After foncall 6 I received a COPY in the post, the flimsy COPY stated that the information might not be true and accurate. NEVER will I ever buy another car from Arnold Clark, shocking after service!!

Have received consistently appalling service from this garage but the most recent episode will be my last.

Car in for MOT, needs a new front tyre. No problem. I have tyre insurance elsewhere.

Ask to book it back in for a retest. Tuesday earliest they can do, will be £27.50 they say. This is a 2 minute job for them to recheck my tyres.

U.K. Government states that a retest the next working day is free of charge. They have deliberately tried to delay this for money.
I made myself available for retest next working day and none available... yet they offered me an appointment for my tyre to be changed and retest done when they got it in on Monday. Something that would clearly take a longer than just the retest.

To me this seems a con, knowing that few will be familiar with the government position on retests.

I await their response to this on Monday as predictably enough, nobody was picking up their calls at 1pm on Saturday an hour before they closed.

Appalling service and I won't be back.

Service centre has improved greatly over the years. More technology helps.

Ive bought 2 cars from this branch in the last two years. The service I received from the salesman was exemplary and although the service charges are extortionate I am usually happy with the service provided. On producing my discount card i was told the price quoted over the phone was already discounted so they wouldnt reduce it further. After a conversation with the service manager he reluctantly agreed to put through my discount. If it wasnt for the service charges etc itd be five stars. Dont dick loyal customers about and you'll be doing well.
