From the point of confirmation of collection of my car from the Oldbury branch, the service at Hamilton Road was fantastic. Offered me a quick slot for collecting my car, and Kieran was fantastic. Would definitely recommend the delivery service as it has enabled me to get a better deal from further away!

Took my wife's car in for 2 year service.

Firstly and to be completely fair and balanced the price was very competitive and the service staff first class, but and this is my main issue with the work carried out.

The car when finished came with a receipt claiming 10 litres of adblue had been added to the tank, which would be normal for a yearly fill up (17 litre tank), however, we had driving the car back from Manchester airport and on the way up the warning light came on asking for adblue to be filled up.

So two weeks/150 miles before the service the car was filled with 14 litres of adblue. I bought the adblue and was present when it was fulled up and still have roughly have of a 10 litre drum of adblue left. So basically it was put in the car.

I queered the adblue at the time of the service and was told that the car had indeed taken 10 litres. I queered this and was told it is a metering system and it definitely took adblue.

I reiterated that no way would it have taken that as that would indicate it has used 7 litres in a fortnight. I was told I must have spilled it.

I was then told its a charge to reset the system (not the case the car itself resets the adblue indicators).

Contacted Arnold Clark Customer Services who directed me to the service manager, spoke to him and still waiting on a reply.

I firmly believe that this was never filled as it was a physical impossibility to put 10 litres of fluid into a 17 litre tanks that was filled to brim a fortnight previously.

But as I say the service reception staff where excellent.

In my experience the salesmen don't listen, and try to sell you the car they want to sell that day. Not impressed at all.

I bought a car from this garage. The car wasn't what it appeared to be.
After some emails I got the issue resolved & my money refunded.
