Warren Dow is a great guy, I slated him because I thought if I
bought dics and pads for my car he would fit them free of charge

Incredibly poor service. I asked this garage to look at my central locking, after certain doors stopped working when I accidentally locked the car with a door open. The staff stated that when they looked at the car two doors had mechanical faults and required replacement at the cost of £577 plus £90 for a diagnostic check. They stated they hadn't managed to manually or electronically lock two of the doors at any point. I decided not to go ahead with this, arrived to collect my car to find all doors locking an unlocking normally. I have had no problems with it since. My concerns about this weren't well managed (by the manager of the store) and I would recommend that you avoid this garage at all costs

I bought a car form Arnold Clark South Street and A guy named Warren Dow was the sales assistant, when he sold an Infiniti Q50 to us he was very nice. However we had a couple if problems and spoke to Warren, as soon as we spoke with him his attitude completely changed saying "I'm only a sales person", this was not very helpful at all. He basically did his best to put Arnold Clark's reputation down. This guy is a Cheater and only wants commission be aware.

Service department so careless they only interest to charge much is possible, instead to fix the cars in a right way, clearly no respect to customers, just talking not enough action they don’t care how many times you there repeatedly, for a same problem. No evidence which part change or do they use genuine parts. Problem they think fixed, which not, been there second time, third time they make me to wait hours, before starting the point then tells me they to full book a another day. They don’t care waisting people’s time. Hugely disappointing

Constant ringing alarm panel and no hot chocolate. Not to mention queuing at 0800 when I thought I'd an appointment.

Here's hoping the car is better looked after than the customers :d

I haven't expected such a nice attitude from a car rental company. Positively suprised

I have bought a BMW 335i from this branch. Everything was smooth and David seemed very friendly, nice and very helpful. Obviously he wanted to make a sale. I bought this car on finance, just FYI. I had a small request for breaks to be fixed as there were some issues (break traveling too far) and other cosmetic issues. I have been told they will be fixed. I then went to purchase the car on finance, David has been nice enough to help me with all the process. I have then discovered that the car was missing the service history book. I have asked David do get the book with the service history. I have been told that it's at the mechanic that inspected the car before sale and will be with me soon.time has past , 2 weeks actually,l with no book. I have since then , that being April, called numerous times for the book, but got different reasons why they don't have the book every time, like ...we can't find it... We will send it to you soon, I need to order a new one and my favourite...BMW is out of books on stock and we need to pull the service history out...or you can buy the book and ask for it yourself . Now ...after 4 months , the car.... Has a massive electrical problem which may cost thousands to fix and it's all on me. Somehow Arnold Clark represented by estimeed employees and managers have avoided the warranty period (free to fix) leaving me with a pile of scrap iron if I don't have the money to fix.
Oh also, I have asked to fix the break issues under warranty , 2 weeks after I bought however they had told me that I was going to be charged for this service , because it was not within he warranty. I highly recommend Arnold Clark south Street branch...to be avoided !!!

Came in with a brand new Mazda 6 Sport bought in January that had a clunky noise from the front and a piece of door trim (B-Pillar black plastic) that was loose. A wheel was also flaking paint in several areas. Got told all would be sorted under warranty at the same time when the wheel came in and the paint was a common issue. That was over 7 weeks ago. On another call I was simply told to wait so it can be done together and the wheel was on back order. I called again after waiting to say the trim had loosened further and was now flappy on the car and the clunking was worse - the wheel is superficial and I'd rather they take a look asap. Still waited and waited for a day to get the service appointment. In the interim the trim had flown off the car - when I told the warranty manager of that on the phone he'd promised it would be replaced (Recorded phone call). Just got my car back and the note (Bill) with it says "Missing items not covered under warranty" - It wasn't Missing when I came in to report it! Only became missing when I was waiting more than 2 months for them to FIX it. What's more - the shock absorber had a leak , which has obviously worsened in the months since I reported the issue - which is now also not being covered under the warranty as the "Service Invoice" says "Suspected Impact Damage". The car is otherwise in pristine condition. I have not had a single bump scrape or accident in the car and that is evident by looking at it. To add insult to injury I was Gobsmacked to receive a bill for the "service" as well as the nullification of the sham warranty.

Absolute cowboys - once they have your money they don't care. Buy from elsewhere when buying new, or at all.

Very disappointed with service (or should I say lack of service) received during our visit to showroom today!
Visited the showroom at approx 1.45 pm in the hope of test driving and possibly purchasing a new CX5. On arrival we had a good look at expecting someone to approach us to offer advice, when this didn't happen we had a look at used cars and again returned showroom.
There were several staff members around both servicing and sales but at no point did anyone approach to say they were busy or ask if we needed help. Before leaving we approached service desk to ask if someone could help but got no response. We then left very disappointed!
