Excellent service, great value for money

Best customer service experience of my life. Dealt with Callum in sales, who was available regardless of when i called, even when i had questions following the sale. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and found it for me, at a great price. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience, would highly reccomend to anyone.

Happy with result of repair, however not happy with the lack of communication. I wasn't kept up to date with what was happening with my car and when I phoned u it was difficult getting through, my car was in an extra 2 days than it should have been and I wasn't being told that's why I was phoning u, however I'm pleased with end result

Absolutely terrible. Between incompetent staff just not bothering to call back, shoddy 'valet' service leaving stickers for other cars and other peoples documents in the car to them selling a car that was unfit for purpose. Replacing cracked brake discs was a Goodwill gesture apparently, aye no bother. Cowboys with a big name, not worth the hassle.

Good service despite being a very busy branch.

I give my car to service 2 week later my heating is not working again and I must pay again hahaha funny
