Poor Service - the only way to get things done is to escalate your complaint to management. Having used this garage for the past two years for servicing and warranty work I have yet to find a positive thing to say. No matter what our two VW cars are in for there is always an avoidable complication due to incompetency. Very, very frustrating.

The most hilariously awful service in history. No positives for customer service in terms of actual related work but phenomenal entertainment watching them get things wrong all the time. You will hate it at first but grow to enjoy the hilarity of the performance in due course... took me around 2 years after my second service to get there.

VW Passat CC went in to get the AC fixed.
Got it the next day with a whole load of guessed solutions. First they said it was a leak and the compressor was fine. Then they said it's the compressor and was quoted for £700+!!!!!!

To add to this, I was charged £120+ for "diagnostics". WHAT A RIPOFF!!!

Not only that but they were concentrated on getting the car new tyres and shocks AND NOT FIXING THE AC WHICH I ASKED FOR!

Don't go here. For cars look elsewhere.
For servicing look elsewhere, support local/independent mechanics!

Nice facility but extremely poor service. Called to ask what new VW Tiguans were available and/or in stock and was promised a call back/email neither of which happened. Took the chance of driving an hour to the dealership in case I'd just been unlucky with the person I'd initially spoken to, however, the second sales person couldn't have been less engaging or less interested. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

New Passat GT purchased online and delivered Chesterfield for collection.
Comprehensive video of the car taken prior to purchase, good communication from all parties - Ronan especially.
Collection went without a hiccup.
Great service, great price and very good overall. Well done.
Went further than expected to resolve tech issue after sale.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I don't know about their car salesmen, but the ladies at the receptions and all other desks are...Great, over the top.

We got a last minute 5pm friday van hire after breaking down. The lady on hire reception was a star. Very good service and went that little bit further to help us out.
