Salesman Keith Cook managed to transfer a car I'm interested in from Glasgow to glenrothes. First Class service

So far so good. Just getting front and rear mudflats fitted. Very friendly and pleasant staff who make your wait very enjoyable. Great price giving for the job mentioned above. Will update when I inspect the job.

Update: A short wait followed and the mechanic came over when he had finished the work to explain to me that i have not to wash the car and drive over 62 mph for 48 hours to allow the mudflaps to adhere.

Paid and left felling very happy with the price and the fabulous service I had just received.

I would recommend Arnold Clark Glenrothes to anyone and would consider going back for my first service. (I bought the car from Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy and this is closer to me)

If I could I would post no stars. My wife recently put her car in for a recall and decided to get a service done at the same time. On picking the car up they told her it was going to need over 2 grands worth of work for its forthcoming MOT. They offered her a ridiculous trade in price of 700 against a new car. Just had the car Motd today at my local garage and it cost me 221 pound all in. The owner of the garage looked at Arnold clarks proposed problem list and couldn't believe the prices and labour times they had quoted. For example Arnold Clark quoted £264 to replace the back spring and £185 to replace the attached shock absorber. They quoted a total of 3 hours labour to complete this job. My local garage done the same job for £150 all in using genuine gm parts in 30 minutes. I phoned the service manager today who pretty much couldn't have given a toss. Would avoid this garage at all costs. Just wonder how many people they con on a daily basis.

Always had a pleasant experience here, car always ready on time, always been treated well.

Worst ever! Services never answer the phone work on our car has not once been done on time. Just don't waste your time!

Okay service, not cheap by any stretch of the imagination.
