I was in the new Skoda showroom while car being serviced. Staff welcoming and friendly. Good coffee, papers provided and they always have a supply of sweets. Great place to wait if the weather is awful.

Customer service is always a bit hit and miss here. Service department usually very vague on what's been done and why. I think not having the actual service centre on site doesn’t help.

Terrible Service... never ever again, they ripped me off at the Skoda Showroom and haven't even answered my calls!!!! DO NOT Waste your money with Arnold Clark!!!

We have run a few vehicles through the Skoda part of Arnold Clarke. Always courteous. Online booking works well, swift and efficient. Much better than other dealers in the group further up the road! 😳

The front of house staff try their hardest but are let down by poor mechanics. Car went in for service, there were a number of points picked up and it was left until the end of the day to let me know rather than offer options on repair while the car was in pieces. When it was returned it didn't have all the wheel nuts fitted. The locking nut bag had been replaced with an Arnold Clark pouch and what was left of the locking nut and the wheel nut in it. They did replace them in the end but, the fact it was allowed out of the workshop says a lot for their QA. Then despite a number of pickups "essential" to pass the MOT, the car passed with no bother- at a dedicated MOT centre.

Excellent customer service, especially Shannon who is knowledgeable, efficient and goes the extra mile ....no, extra 10 miles! Also technician did his job brilliantly and quickly and at far less cost than I expected.

I bought a car there coming from Glasgow. The staff (especially James) were great! Courteous, professional and very helpful. Post-sale service has been so far great.

We were there on Monday evening. Terrible custommer service, doesnt know their product, lack of help, treated us as a less value custommers because we were after a cheap (up to 4k) car. When we said what we are looking for, he didn't did a research in other branches if such a car is available (we did it and it was available in other places). He didn't explained any available possibilities, didn't put any effort to sell us a car. Feelt bad to be there, same evening bought a car across the street where treated us with respect.

I bought a citron from Arnold Clark Edinburgh motorstore the sales man me mark ford was excellent fantastic patience explained every detail and was so professional. I would recommend mark and Arnold Clark to anyone who is buying a car 10/10 . I satisfied thank you.
