Arnold Clark Kirkcaldy Mazda / Peugeot

This service centre is a joke , non guarantee repair might be booked for today guarantee repair end of next week because they don't have a time !?!?!? So if I pay for repair they have a time but If I don't pay I have to wait and drive a car with brake , abs and engine faults for another 7 days . Looks like people which buying new cars are lower category customers for them. POOR

Bought my Mazda MX-5 here a year ago. Both sales manager (James?) and sales assistant Callum were friendly, professional and very helpful. Just had my car serviced-everything fine with good communication and service done in decent time. A year since selling me my car, Callum acknowledged me when I was collecting my car from the service-good customer service in my books. I drove 65 miles to get my car serviced here (past 2 other Arnold Clark Mazda garages between Glasgow and Kirkcaldy) as I trust this garage and the staff I've dealt with are all friendly and professional.

Awful service - drove 2 hours from Glasgow to test drive a car, only to find out the car had been moved to Glasgow South Street. No communication, no apology - terrible way to run a business.

I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.
