Staff not v attentive, welcoming or quick to even speak to you

Bought a brand new car from this dealership & the salesman after telling us he'd put £25 worth of fuel in the tank sent my mum down the M8 with nothing in it, car cut out on the side of the motorway around 5 minutes after leaving the store. The salesman then proceeded to call us liars & say it was my mums fault there was no petrol in it! Bad service!! Making a complaint as this could of resulted in a serious accident if my mum was not in the slow lane!!

A BIT DISAPPOINTED SO FAR , BOUGHT MY CAR 3 WEEKS AGO , NOTICE RUST ON THE INSIDE OF 3 OUT OF THE 4 DOORS , CALLED MONDAY ,WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK , HAD TO CALL AGAIN ON TUESDAY SAME AGAIN SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK. GOT A CALL ON WEDNESDAY TO TELL ME TO TAKE TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AS IT WOULD BE QUICKER. THE OTHER DEALERSHIP TOLD ME I HAD TO TAKE TO A 3RD DEALERSHIP AS THEY DIDN'T HAVE BODYSHOP. SO CALLED BACK TODAY TO ARNOLD CLARK , SAID I WOULD BRING MY CAR BACK TO THEM TO GET THE RUST FIXED, AS THEY SOLD ME THE CAR, WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL BACK TODAY .TO ARRANGE MY CAR GOING IN TO BE SEEN, NO CALL BACK! . SO 5 DAYS AFTER MY 1ST CONTACT MY CAR STILL HASN'T BEEN SEEN. HOPEFULLY NEXT WEEK THINGS WILL START MOVING .

Sent me walk around of two cars that were apparently mint and they both had bad rear bumper damage, had the hard sell treatment off multiple salesmen at the dealership telling me I had to fly from manchester to glasgow to collect the car instead of them delivering it to my local arnold clark which was stupidity in itself, really don't bother and goto VW.

Very poor service I give my car for rework I told them is nocking noise from front suspension 2 day later they give me back with report is nothing wrong couple hours later u went for mot in independent garage car fall mot front coil spring and seized top strut mounting never again I will come back
