Changed review as was originally 5 star for sales service but wow it changes once you've put pen to paper.Nothing but problems with the car. Air conditioning been repaired 3 times and still problems. They have lied about the repairs too. Took to another garage for servicing and was told A.C. is leaking badly..cant be I replied as its just had a new condenser....no new condenser on there the mechanic tells me...SHOCKING SERVICE..Do yourself a favour and stay away.... this wss old review..Very easy to do business with. Ask for Ross....now AVOID AT ALL COST.

Huge thanks to Jamie Stewart in the service dept at Arnold Clark Linwood today! We have a Renault and were in Linwood today when the skidpan partly detached from under the car-was reluctant to drive it with it dragging and the nearest Renault garage couldn't take us. Jamie kindly fixed it for us (2 new bolts fitted) with no charge, and washed the car too! Fantastic

The service that this section of Arnold Clark, for Servicing, MOT, when they send you an e-mail telling you that your car which is just three years old, (which is a company car, leased by Lex Auto Lease), has passed it service and MOT, and then proceeds to let the lease company know that it need new shock absorbers, then continuously gives you excuse after excuse on why they haven't repair it after FOUR days, when they have the parts, is ridiculous, and a con.
