A real focus on their clients, clear informative and basically excellent communications in person, by text, by email, and soon through the My Toyota web facility. Ian, one of the salespeople, is exceptionally knowledgable, engaging and extremely (some would say disturbingly) good with remembering names and faces. The first time I was in, I bought a car and when I returned three years later to exchange it, he still remembered my name, where I worked and the type of car I had bought.

Whether it be the support staff taking calls, the staff in the repair shop, the salespeople on the floor or the cleaners ensuring the floors and windows are sparking clean, everyone goes out of their way to be helpful. You'll never hear "Sorry, that isn't my job" here.

It's almost a 2 hour drive to get to this dealership from where I live. There are places which are closer but the drive is worth it. Excellent customer service; excellent deals on cars.
