Couldn't be happier with them. From supplying my car to servicing it they have made the process effortless. So much so I drove past a main dealer on my way to go there.

I bought my very first car from here last October and my experience was very good. I live in Hamilton and there is a Mercedes Benz Stratstone dealership in Hamilton but when I turned up on the day I passed my test to look for a car I spent 20 mins in the courtyard before somebody approached me even though there were 2 salesmen standing on their phones. However when I arrived at Grangemouth it was a totally different experience. Within 2 minutes of stepping foot in the dealership a member of staff approached me asking if I needed help. I felt that the member of staff knew a lot about the cars and could answer all my questions. The day of buying my car the customer service was 10/10. However when I was waiting for my car to be delivered to the garage from the factory I felt a bit let down. I was told on the day of purchase that I would be able to pick my car up within 2 weeks (which is long enough when you just want your new car) and they would contact me within a week to tell me the exact date. They never phoned me and I had to keep chasing up and asking when it would be ready to pick up. I was then told that apparently there was a delay in delivery so I didn’t pick it up until 4 weeks after purchase.
However my overall experience was great and they were very helpful especially Ewan Montgomery who sold me my car and I would definitely buy my next car here.

Unfortunately for a main Mercedes dealer their servicing is substandard.
I have had my car serviced here twice and on both occasions they have had to go back in to have faults caused by the servicing rectified.
They certainly give you the impression they know what they are doing but they aren't delivering the required service.

We found Stuart and his service team both extremely knowledgeable and professional and would recommend them without hesitation.

Customer service is good. Very friendly and helpful staff. However I was pretty disappointed with the technical knowledge. My car came out with a fault that it didn't go in with. I put it right myself in about 10 seconds. Seems I know more about my car than the experts do. Very disappointed.

Two days ago on the 29/03/17 I part exchanged my car for another vehicle at the Mercedes dealership in Grangemouth, while trying to work a deal I was assured my part exchange vehicle was going to be sold at auction and that the company might not achieve the price they wanted. Two days later while scanning the dealerships website I found my vehicle on their site being sold for an additional £1893 on top of my trade-in value. I was totally flabbergasted at this mark up in price and initially felt sick to the bottom of my stomach that quickly turned to the feeling of disgust & anger. I feel that the company/salesman have let me down personally with not only my vehicle valuation but as a customer. I am sickened by their customer service, lies and greed that’s been shown by the company/individuals that I dealt with at this dealership.
I understand that companies are there to make a profit but to mark up a vehicle to such a high level by ripping off the previous customer is in my opinion totally unacceptable for a company/dealership that is supposed to be providing a service that should be customer focused.
I urge anyone who might be using or about to use the Mercedes dealership in Grangemouth to think very carefully as in my opinion they are only money grabbing vultures with no thought for the customer.
I visited the dealership this morning and spoke with the duty manager to express my disgust at not only the way I have been treated but also the astronomical price hike for the vehicle that I part exchanged. The conversation ended with the manager saying that he would call myself in a couple of days once the vehicle had been through the workshop to see if there is anything he could do with the price/cost.
I will gladly update this post once I have received the call from the dealership in a couple of days so that the final outcome of this situation can be shared.
After having to wait 6 days on the manager phoning me I decided to call the dealership myself, after speaking with the manager for around 30mins we agreed to disagree with each others point of view. All I would say to anyone who might be thinking about dealing with this particular dealership is to think twice, read my review.

This place has gone right downhill since Arnold Clark took over from a Reputable Mercedes Dealership John R Weir,at least you got a proper Mercedes welcome,Feel and Service from them,now its like any other AK used showroom with any kind of car for sale in the forecourt and they operate the same as the others,just out to con the customer at any cost,Vultures,My advice if you want a real approved Mercedes go to another Mercedes Branch,Glasgow or Edinburgh,at least they aren't ruining the Brand name,these guy s haven't got a clue

Best garage to deal with! Neil the salesperson and David the manager were very professional, friendly and accommodating. I travelled over 100 miles and had bought the car without seeing it so was nervous but it was a fantastic experience. I know where I will be buying all my future cars from. Thank you so much I am loving my car and have had it a month now and everything is perfect I would highly recommend this garage. High standards, honest and trustworthy. 10 /10!

Avoid , chose different branch, selling faulty cars and do not accept return even if you provide independent diagnosis.

I thought all I had to was turn up look at some new c class Mercedes and decide which one to buy with the help of a sales person.I drove in and passed 2 salesman as I parked the car.Looked at the new cars outside for 15 min now one came near .Went into showroom looked around opened car doors,sat in cars for 25 mins now one came near.I said out loud to wife what have you got to do to buy a car.No interest from anyone,went back to car took my custom to another Mercedes dealership.
