My Motability C4 Grand Picasso was taken in 2000+ miles early for it's 3 year service?? At the time of them booking me in . I was asked if I wanted a courtesy car which I said no, and just needed a lift to and from work since it was 5 mins away by car. Given my car is less that 3 years old I would have expected it to be routine work. Wow did I get it wrong ? It needs disc pads and discs, there was so much wear in a wheel bearing they advised that I don't drive it. The front drivers tyre was way below legal limit, despite what Kwik Fit told me 2 weeks ago, " they would not only do me for few months yet " and is the only tyre to be changed on the car in 35.500 miles by.....Yes Kwik Fit. Then I asked for a car to use till they get it fixed!! They have none anywhere on their extensive lot and I? Had to call Motability to arrange a car. Motability now want to send engineer to "check" car is unfit as obviously Arnolds team are lying and before they go any further. The options they have offered are taxi's or car (when available) which ever may be possible..... I'm due to pick up new car this year though think I will steer clear of Arnold Clark . My last Motability car had a service which resulted in the oil filter/drain not being put on right and car lost all oil by time I got home.....??? Watch this space..............There was no option for 0 stars or I would have given that.
