Not for the sales department but for Car-hire / dual control car-hire, one staff member was very rude, blunt and not friendly in the slightest, saddened by the attitude.

Once they have the signature the Friendly Service disappears. 10 months on we have yet to have the car delivery kit fitted and have never received the spare key. Phoned numerous times to always leave a message and never have the salesman phone me back.

beware,i recently purchased a car here and although i am now very happy with the car it was down to customer services to resolve the problems i had with the perth (abarth) branch,on my first visit to see a car i had seen on line i couldnt test drive the vehicle as i didnt have my driving licence,but was given a test run by the salesperson when i detected a knocking from the front suspension,and that the car was not properly valeted,i was assured this would all be attended to before i picked the car up ,on picking the car up i was assured the car had been checked and was 100%, it still was not properly clean and even the sales manager looked at the car and said it was not correct,so we waited for the valet to be done,on taking the car home i had the car checked by an m.o.t.registered mechanic who found the rear disc pads were worn and should have been advised on at the service which was supposed to have been done before purchase and that the top strut mounting and shock absorber needed replacing,which arnold clark perth(abarth)done under the 60 day warranty,so much for the 100%check before purchase??, a week later a knocking from front nearside appeared so i took the car to arnold clark peugeot kirkcaldy, who replaced shock absorber and strut top on car, so much for perths 100% ok , but thanks to arnold clark peugeot kirkcaldy and peter goodwin from customer services who also sent me a cheque for the not so good service the car is now fine, so thanks to arnold clark peugeot kirkcaldy for exceptional honesty and service,not so arnold clark perth(abarth)

Bought a mazda6 from this dealership about a year ago. They serviced it, but they never updated the digital service record, which could invalidate my warranty with mazda in the event of a claim. I've been on the phone with mazda uk every day for the past week trying to sort this out, and arnold clark have been less than helpful.

All they need to do its send the service invoice to mazda in order to update their records, something i told them 5 days ago. They have yet to do it, and this is something that should have been done when i bought the car. Not going back to them when car shopping in the future. Very unprofessional
