Arnold Clark Perth Kia / Jeep

trying to call since last Friday and it is Monday today. could not get the appointment. everybody is bouncing me like a tennis ball here and there but could not get hold of bloody anybody to get an appointment.put me on hold several time and picked up by kia guy and then Mercedes girl and the receptionist , but not service department. somebody is not doing their job well over there. very bad experience over the phone.

Bought my car here. Great service and engaging staff. Recommend!

An awful experience, bought a car from here and was miss sold and they won't take it back leaving a disabled family without a family car, I can not get my husband in it. he suffers with serve anxiety and other medical problems. We both are suffering and Arnold Clark do not care once they have your money. I was willing for a replacement but no.

Argued with me over specs of car - they clearly never knew what they were selling and tried to tell me a pile of rubbish about model specs. Would not recommend this garage. This review is for the Jeep dealership not the Kia dealership.

Salesmen and service department are very helpful, I didn't feel pressured into buying a car and their advice was of a good standard
