Absolutely awful. Sold a car with issues and after eventually taking the car back and me having to pay for the difference to get another they charge me more. My advice is stay away from Perth Motorstore. Terrible aftersales service. Don't buy SV63 NZU

They sold me a car with faulty stearing rack. When I complained their mechanic said that everything is ok with the car. I got the opinion from two other garages confirming that the stearing rack should be replaced. After all they replaced the part but I wasted too much time and nerves to prove my rights.

Was very happy with the service I got from the younger lad, wasn't too pushy and just let me decide for myself, but then the manager showed up and just blow all the hard work the young lad done and just totally put me off, being so pushy and just rude to be honest was a shame because I was going to look at other options but just didn't want to because of the manager, such a shame.

What's the point of salesmen if you know more about the cars than they do. Tried to make out car was cheap and that the list price was 10k higher than it actually was, from that point of view I wouldn't trust what I was being told unfortunately.
